If you have accidentally deleted images, videos or audio files from your media, formatted the media, or pulled out the media during a write process we can recover your files. If the computer/camera asks you to format or initialize we can help you get your images back. We offer:

Pricing:

Prices are based on the size of the card. Our price includes recovery of your images to a CD (PC or Mac) and shipping back to you. We can also host your files (.zip) on our server so that you can get your files back the same day we work on your card. Cost for hosting your files for download on our site is $15.

Packaging and Sending

Use whichever mailing service you prefer for shipping. To avoid damage, you need to properly package your card to send it to our lab. Insuring your package is recommended. Package the card(s) and the Order form in a padded mailer/letter/box and send to:
